Charity Adams helps organizations across the Midwest turn complex challenges into clear direction — and groups of individuals into teams that actually work together.
Charity Adams is a certified ToP® Mentor Trainer, Lumina Learning practitioner, and strategic facilitator based in Cairo, Nebraska — serving organizations across the Midwest and beyond.
With over two decades of experience working with nonprofits, public agencies, educational institutions, and cooperatives, Charity brings a grounded, human-first approach to every engagement. Her work is rooted in the belief that every organization already holds the wisdom it needs — her job is to help surface it.
Charity also farms. She grew up on a farm and has worked alongside her husband for 30 years — through good seasons and hard ones, planting and harvest, the rhythms that don't wait for anyone. It's given her a particular kind of patience: the kind that knows when to push a group forward and when to let something sit, when conditions are right and when they aren't.
"I want people to thrive long after I have left." Every facilitation, training, and coaching engagement is designed with that goal in mind.
As one of a select few ICA-certified Mentor Trainers, Charity is uniquely qualified not just to use ToP® methods, but to train and certify other practitioners — passing the methodology forward through the Great Plains community and beyond.

Public course schedules vary throughout the year — and all ToP® courses are also available as private in-house trainings for your organization, scheduled on your timeline, customized to your context, and delivered on-site or virtually. If you have 6 or more people to train, in-house is often the better fit.

She created a space where everyone felt heard — and we left with a plan we actually owned. That's rare.
Nonprofit OrganizationI've been to a lot of strategic planning sessions. This was the first one where the whole team stayed energized for two full days.
Public Health AgencyThe ToP training changed how I run every meeting. I use these tools every single week. Worth every single hour.
